1. Plan to complete customer visits assigned by the company, understand the latest situation and needs of customers, and provide timely feedback to the company;
2. For project information obtained from various partners, the customer manager should promptly and carefully keep corresponding records, report to the department manager in a timely manner, classify and organize the information, make basic customer opportunity judgments, and implement customer visits;
3. The customer manager is responsible for coordinating issues during contract execution, and coordinating relevant departments to promptly handle and respond to customer related issues encountered during contract project execution; During or after project execution, the customer manager should promptly conduct customer satisfaction surveys and customer follow-up work;
4. The customer manager should promptly understand the customer's payment situation, handle any issues found during the payment process, eliminate the occurrence of incorrect accounts and bad debts, and report to the department manager in a timely manner if the payment cannot be received, and notify the company's finance department to efficiently manage the customer's accounts receivable and corresponding contract shipping matters;
5. Complete all temporary tasks assigned by superiors, and properly handle any temporary issues that arise in various tasks.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Electrical or Sales;
2. At least one year of sales experience in electrical enterprises
3. Master the basic knowledge of electrical automation, be familiar with the product market situation of mainstream brands in the industrial automation market;
4. Able to independently complete tasks for which one is responsible;
5. Familiar with the industrial control industry product market, understanding the market positioning of mainstream brands in the market is preferred
